Briefly in English
IK-32 is an inclusive cycling club with a wide variety of cycling groups; The club includes organised rides on road, gravel, track and mud (cyclocross). There are friendly groups for casual cyclists, competitive cyclists and even elite-level cyclists. There are members who enjoy a fun and social ride and members who are competing with some National champion athletes. IK-32 believes that cycling is an enjoyable activity for everyone regardless of age, gender or ability.
Non-members are welcome to join the Tuesday road cycling events from Bemböle cafe, where there are several speed groups varying from 24–25 km/h*, 28 km/h and when the competitive cyclists join there are 35+ km/h average speed groups for experienced competitive cyclists. The groups have a mixture of men and women, young and old, and all types of cyclists are welcome. At the start of each ride speed groups are agreed and you can join the one that is most suited to you.
The open road-riding group starts in the Spring and ends in the Autumn. Details are on here.
- If you are new to group riding you can find guidelines in Finnish here and arrive ten minutes early to discuss the rules with the group leader.
- If you are an experienced group rider you will find a friendly group of riders to join.
For members there are weekend long rides organised for casual, competitive and elite cyclists. During the week there are members-only group rides available. During the Autumn to Spring period members can join indoor cycle training and gravel riding.

*) For cyclists new to group riding, when riding behind other riders in a group it is easier to ride faster with the group. If a cyclist can manage 22 km/h on their own on a flat ride, then they should be able to join a 25 km/h group ride for the same distance. Beginners gain the most gains at the back of the group, and this is a good place for beginners to learn group riding.
